Do I need reservations to dine at Samurai?
No, reservations are not required to dine at Samurai; however, for our teppan grill, we do recommend reservations, as evenings can get busy and operate on a first come, first serve basis.
We do especially recommend reservations for either our teppan grill or our sushi bar if you have a large party (6+ guests).
Holidays and special occasions are often busy, so reservations are strongly recommended ahead of time for such dates.
How many guests can Samurai accommodate per party?
Both Samurai’s teppan grill and sushi bar can accommodate large parties.
The teppan grill can accommodate parties upwards of 30+ guests, seated around multiple grills receiving multiple shows simultaneously from multiple chefs.
The sushi bar tables can be arranged to seat 12+ guests together. Reservations for the entire sushi bar are available.
Will I be seated with strangers?
Possibly, if your party isn’t large enough to fill a hibachi table, you may be seated with other small parties. Our average teppan grill seats six guests, so smaller groups are combined to fill the space and ensure an efficient and entertaining show from the chef.
We do our best to minimize wait-time for all parties. All members are seated within a monitored time-frame of one another so that there is minimal wait time for all parties involved and so that the courses of the meal may be delivered to all parties in a timely manner.
Is there a long wait to fill a table to begin the show?

And on the bright side, drinks and appetizers can commence at your time of arrival, regardless of the table’s fullness.
What if I have an allergy?
Let your server and chef know of your allergy. They will both help to make accommodations at the table and cook your food safely according to your concerns, taking the maximum precaution.
At Samurai, we understand and respect the importance of catering to patrons with food allergies/intolerance. While we take every precaution to accommodate specific dietary requirements and minimize the risk of cross-contact, we must inform you that our kitchen handles a wide variety of ingredients. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that cross-contact with allergens has not occurred. We encourage guests with severe food allergies to exercise their discretion and inform our staff of their dietary needs.
Our team will gladly provide information about the ingredients used in our dishes and offer alternative options whenever possible. However, please be aware that consuming our food is done at your own risk, and Samurai cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions that may occur.
